Rick Barrett
Chief Executive Officer
Rick brings an impressive two decades of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) expertise, having honed his skills at two of the nation's leading paving industry consolidators, including the internationally recognized Fortune Global 500 company, CRH plc. (NYSE: CRH), and Summit Materials (NYSE: SUM). His proficiency extends beyond M&A, with a successful track record in Private Equity (PE), where he served as CEO of Crestone Services Group and Blackeagle Energy Services, driving substantial EBITDA growth at both companies. Rick's academic foundation is equally strong, holding a Bachelor's degree from Plymouth State University and an MBA from Norwich University.
Rick excels in a wide range of key skills, including private equity portfolio management, founder-led business professionalization, corporate platform creation for high-growth support, mergers and acquisitions execution, strategic sales and business development, process improvements and turnarounds, strategic planning and execution, as well as culture and team development.
Chad Bailey
Chief Financial Officer
With over two decades of experience in finance, accounting, tax, and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Chad has navigated diverse corporate landscapes, from public Fortune 50 corporations to private equity firms, family offices, and public accounting. In the past four-plus years, he has specialized in finance and accounting integration and process enhancement for approximately 15 acquired entities, successfully contributing to cost savings and fostering profitable growth in his current organization. Chad's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Iowa, and he holds the designation of Certified Public Accountant (CPA), albeit currently inactive.
Chad's key skills encompass business unit finance and accounting integration, efficient accounting operations, financial forecasting and budgeting, strategic financial reporting, expense management, process improvement, strategic relationship building within the organization, and system review and enhancement.
David Bannister

David is a seasoned commercial leader with substantial private equity experience. He has spent 8 years with Platinum Equity working within their portfolio operation team supporting industrial companies. Prior to that, he held management roles at United Rentals. David has a track record of transforming teams and organizations to excel beyond their potential.
